Overview

The Talent Acquisition/Administrative Support Specialist is a hybrid role in Talent Acquisition and Administrative Support. This position plays a critical role in supporting CTIS’s growth by owning end-to-end recruiting activities and assisting in procurement.

The role is hands-on, requiring close collaboration with hiring managers, staffing partners, and internal stakeholders. The position supports delivery readiness (TA) and is designed to evolve as business needs expand.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition activities from hiring request intake through candidate selection and offer acceptance.
  • Perform advanced passive sourcing for technical, cleared, corporate, and proposal-related roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and internal pipelines.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, align expectations, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Screen, coordinate and oversee the interview process, including in-person interviews, technical panels, and final-round discussions.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  • Work with external staffing partners and recruiting agencies to support sourcing, candidate submissions, and interview coordination as needed.
  • Conduct contingent recruiting for Proposals

Applicant Tracking System (ATS):

  • Administer and maintain iCIMS including postings, workflows, and scheduling.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain audit-ready recruiting documentation.
  • Generate recruiting and hiring reports to support leadership visibility and proposal efforts.

Procurement & Administrative Support:

  • Track and maintain records of POs and support timely processing and approvals in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
  • Coordinate contract-related purchase orders and billable requirements.
  • Provide daily administrative support, including but not limited to onboarding setup, facilities and coordination of meetings and events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of combined Talent Acquisition or related experience, including technical or federal recruiting experience.
  • Strong familiarity with ATS platforms; iCIMS/ADP experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
