Overview

CTIS is currently seeking a Administrative Assistant to support our CEO Office in VA & MD office locations. The candidate will provide administrative and clerical support in the office to maintain an efficient office environment.

This individual will be responsible for assisting with a variety of tasks associated with the CEO Office and Corporate office. This position requires flexibility and availability during the day plus weekend hours occasionally.

· Calendar Management

· Support with daily operational tasks

· Communication – verbal and written communication required

· Able to prioritize tasks

· Communicate via emails and/or calls with clients

· Document filing – Daily/weekly status reports; meeting minutes and as required.

· Responsible for meeting minutes, following up with any/all action items

· Assist in special projects

· Organization skills – manage Time & Tasks in a timely and organized manner

· Proactive, adaptable and reliable

· Driving the CEO daily between the Virginia and Maryland offices, client meetings and appointments.

 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Undergraduate with Minimum 5 years' experience

· Time management

· Must be extremely flexible with availability

· Business college training an advantage

· Competent computer skills including MS Office or equivalent

· Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection
