Photo & Video Content Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photo & Video Content Specialist to work independently on organizing, enhancing, and repurposing our existing visual media. This role focuses on restoring and improving old photographs, stitching and editing video clips, and preparing polished presentations and shareable content for internal use and online platforms.

This is a short-term consultant/freelance role for a special project and requires strong technical skills, visual storytelling ability, and the discipline to manage projects independently from start to finish.

1. Review, organize, and catalog existing photo and video archives
2. Enhance and restore old photographs (color correction, sharpening, retouching, resizing)
3. Stitch, edit, and compile video clips into cohesive videos
4. Create visually engaging presentations and slideshows using photos and videos
5. Prepare finalized media for sharing, posting, and presentations
6. Ensure consistent visual quality and storytelling across all content
7. Manage files, naming conventions, and backups efficiently
8. Work independently while meeting project timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven experience in photography and videography editing
2. Strong proficiency in tools such as but not limited to:

1. Adobe Photoshop
2. Presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides, or similar)

3. Understanding of image enhancement, restoration, and color correction
4. Ability to stitch and sequence video clips smoothly
5. Strong attention to detail and visual aesthetics
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

1. Experience restoring older or low-quality photos and videos
2. Basic motion graphics or title animation skills
3. Experience preparing content for social media or digital sharing
4. Strong organizational and archival skills
